These 3 stand alone townhouses each sleep 4 people (with room for 1 extra) and are located on the same site within walking distance of the city centre. They are ideal for couples or small families. Alternatively, all 3 units together are a big favourite among extended families attending weddings and other special events! Off-street parking/garaging is provided. The Cashmere Club is only a 20 minute walk away (1.6 km's). AMI Stadium Christchurch and Canterbury Arena are 2.4 km's and 3.4 km's away.
Townhouse Pricing
Each townhouse has 1 double room & 1 twin room. Each sleeps 4 people and extra people (max. 1) cost $15 per night. Minimum stay 2 nights.
Pricing
Daily rate (1-6 nights): $130 per night
Extra person (infant cot free): $15 per night

Power Usage
Guests on the monthly rates pay for all of their power usage. We will read the Metre Box with you when you arrive so you can see how to monitor your power usage and calculate any excess you may need to pay.
Cleaning Fee
We try to keep our prices down by letting you do the cleaning up after yourself (washing linen, vacuuming, cleaning bathroom/toilet and kitchen, etc). However, if you don't have the time or the inclination, we will do the cleaning for you for a fee of $70 (3 bed), $50 (2 bed), $30 (1 bed, studio, sleepout).
