Off-street parking & a single garage are included. If you’re using public transport instead, the bus stop is only a few metres up the road. The Cashmere Club is 2 km's away, or a 25 minute walk for the young at heart. AMI Stadium Christchurch and Canterbury Arena are 2.5 km's and 5.2 km's away.

Cleaning Fee
We try to keep our prices down by letting you do the cleaning up after yourself (washing linen, vacuuming, cleaning bathroom/toilet and kitchen, etc). However, if you don't have the time or the inclination, we will do the cleaning for you for a fee of $70 (3 bed), $50 (2 bed), $30 (1 bed, studio, sleepout).
