Guests on the3 monthly rates pay for all of their power usage. We will read the Metre Box with you when you arrive so you can see how to monitor your power usage and calculate any excess you may need to pay.

cleaning fee of $70 (3 bed), $50 (2 bed), $35 (1 bed, studio, sleepout).
