These fully self-contained studio and one-bedroom apartments suit couples (infants welcome) or solo travellers, and are conveniently located on Colombo Street. The apartments are located down a back section and have double-glazed frontages so noise is minimal. Public transport and Beckenham shops are close by. Off-street parking is provided. Stroll down the road for 5 to 10 minutes and you're at the Cashmere Club. AMI Stadium Christchurch and Canterbury Arena are only 3.5 - 3.8 km's away.

These 2 one-bedroom apartments have identical layout, configuration and pricing, and sleep 3 (max. 4) people. They have one queen bed, one single bed and one couch bed. Minimum stay 3 nights.
Pricing
Daily rate (1-6 nights): $100 per night (1-3 people)
Extra person (infant cot free): $30 per night (max. 1)

Power Usage
Guests on the monthly rates pay for all of their power usage. We will read the Metre Box with you when you arrive so you can see how to monitor your power usage and calculate any excess you may need to pay.
Cleaning Fee
We try to keep our prices down by letting you do the cleaning up after yourself (washing linen, vacuuming, cleaning bathroom/toilet and kitchen, etc). However, if you don't have the time or the inclination, we will do the cleaning for you for a fee of $70 (3 bed), $50 (2 bed), $30 (1 bed, studio, sleepout).
