Need fully-furnished, self-contained, accommodation for a short time, but don't want the expense of a motel or the hassles of a lengthy lease? We specialise in short-term rental accommodation, ranging in size from studio apartments to three-bedroom houses.

Availability

Once availability is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Please be ready to provide credit card details. Alternatively, you can send a personal cheque (in NZ$) to PO Box 30200, St Martins, Christchurch, allowing plenty of time for your funds to clear. Our bank account details for paying online are also available on the contact us page. Guests staying for 1 week or more are only guaranteed their accommodation for the period they pre-pay for.

Cancellation Policy

Guests staying for less than 1 week are required to pay the total booking upon arrival. In the event of early departure, this will not be refunded. Guests who book at weekly or monthly rates but cut their stay short will be charged according to the actual length of their stay.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. As our accommodation is spread over 5 locations, we need to know when you plan to arrive so that we can ensure your accommodation is unlocked. Please let us know (even if it’s just a text message) if you think you'll be more than 15 minutes early or later than planned. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or late check-out is by arrangement only. A late check-out fee of $25 applies for those wanting to check-out after 10am.

Power Usage

Guests on the weekly and monthly rates pay for all of their power usage. We will read the Metre Box with you when you arrive so you can see how to monitor your power usage and calculate any excess you may need to pay.

Cleaning Fee

We try to keep our prices down by letting you do the cleaning up after yourself (washing linen, vacuuming, cleaning bathroom/toilet and kitchen, etc). However, if you don't have the time or the inclination, we will do the cleaning for you for a fee of $50 (for 3 & 2 bed), $30 (for 1 bed & studio).

The price you are quoted at the time of booking is the price you will pay for your accommodation, regardless of seasonal price fluctuations.
