Off-street parking is provided. The Cashmere Club is 1.5 km's away. Stadium Christchurch and Westpac arena are 2.4 km's and 4.6 km's away.
House 1 Pricing
2 double rooms, 1 twin room, & a large detached sleepout with double and twin beds. Sleeps 6 and extra people (max. 4) cost $20 each per night. Minimum stay 2 nights.

Daily rate (1-6 nights): $200 per night
Weekly rate (1-4 weeks): $150 per night
Monthly rate (> 4 weeks): $100 per night
Extra person (infant cot free): $20 per night (max. 4)

2 double rooms, 1 twin room, and one single room. Sleeps 6 people - no extras. Minimum stay 2 nights.

Both houses are fully self-contained with the following provided:

Fridge freezer, dishwasher, stove, washing machine & microwave. House 1 has a clothes dryer.

Power Usage
Guests on the weekly and monthly rates pay for all of their power usage. We will read the Metre Box with you when you arrive so you can see how to monitor your power usage and calculate any excess you may need to pay.
