These fully self-contained studio and one-bedroom apartments suit couples (infants welcome) or solo travellers, and are conveniently located on Colombo Street. The apartments are located down a back section and have double-glazed frontages so noise is minimal. Public transport and Beckenham shops are close by. Off-street parking is provided. Stroll down the road for 5 to 10 minutes and you're at the Cashmere Club. Stadium Christchurch and Westpac arena are only 3.5 - 3.8 km's away.

These 2 one-bedroom apartments have identical layout, configuration and pricing, and sleep 3 (max. 4) people. They have one queen bed, one single bed and one couch bed. Minimum stay 2 nights.
Pricing
Daily rate (1-6 nights): $110 per night (1-4 people)
Weekly rate (1-4 weeks): $80 per night
Monthly rate (> 4 weeks): $50 per night
Extra person (infant cot free): $10 per night (max. 1)
